The questions we most often receive are regarding gender, sexual, romantic, and relationship identities. Even today, the information surrounding gender and sexuality is still blurred. Information tends to be guarded by gatekeeping and we are here to BREAK THAT STIGMA!! We believe information should be freely offered and given. The more conversations we can have about these topics, then the more awareness will be spread, and the less these stigma's will persist about the LGBTQIA+ community.

"WAIT?! Where do I start?!"
The most important thing to remember about identities is that they are SELF-IDENTIFYING! This means that each person sets their own rules, boundaries, connections, etc. about exactly what their identity means to them. In other words, no two people's definition for their identity will ever be identical. What transgender means for one person, won't be what it means for another. This goes for all identities whether they are a gender, sexual, romantic, or relationships.
Intersectionality
noun
noun: intersectionality; plural noun: intersectionalities
-
the interconnected nature of social categorizations such as race, class, and gender as they apply to a given individual or group, regarded as creating overlapping and interdependent systems of discrimination or disadvantage.
"through an awareness of intersectionality, we can better acknowledge and ground the differences among us"

What does that mean for you?
Basically, intersectionality is your entire life experience! It is the combination of every identity and moral you hold and experience you've had. The result is how they all come together to form your UNIQUE lived experience, each aspect reinforcing the others. Including any biases, power, or oppression you may have or experience
