My Story
Hey there! I’m Wyatt, born and raised right here in the Corridor area. Ever since I was a kid, I knew I wasn’t just into one gender—despite what all the grown-ups told me was “normal.” Life’s been a wild ride full of transformations, and most recently, I came out as transgender at 33. I’m omnisexual and proudly practice relationship anarchy (yep, that’s a fancy way of saying I’m into a non-traditional, polyamorous approach to love and connection).
In 2022, I made the move to Cedar Rapids and really dove into the LGBTQ+ scene. My involvement includes previously bartending and DJing at Basix, competing in the 2024 Mr. Raisin Pageant (yes, that’s a thing and yes, it was fabulous), being a fierce advocate for the art of drag, hosting my own funraiser (check it out here), and showing up as a source of support for so many amazing folks in our community.
Over the past few years, I realized something kinda funny—not ha-ha funny, more like “wow, this could be better” funny: our queer community is full of incredible people, events, and resources, but we seriously lacked one go-to place to find it all. That’s when the dream was born—to create an online hub for all things queer in the Corridor.
Well... the dream is now real, baby! I’m so excited to share this space with you. I hope you have as much fun exploring it as I had bringing it to life. Happy searching, and don’t forget—you absolutely belong here. Now go out there and live your best life!

We take great pride in visiting, communicating with, and vetting these places so that you don't have to!

Gallery shows all the beautiful examples of LBGTQ+ life in the corridor area. Photos are taken by us and also submitted by our amazing followers. There are many collections to choose from, so feel free to jump there from the list below!
If you're looking for events this is the place to go! We are always working to update the Calendar, so if you can't find an event PLEASE let us know. And don't forget to check out the color key at the bottom of the page because all events are color coded by AGE GROUP!
